Bug in `requirements.txt`. installation failing.

pip install -r requirements.txt is failing.
Please check and update @Abhinav-ark
I'm not sure how to. It's working fine in MacOS, but failing in windows. Please look into it!

1. uvloop library is not needed in Windows, It can be removed from requirements.txt.
2. pygraphviz has some problems with windows so, Refer for instructions
   2.1. Install Visual C/C++ from here: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/
   2.2. Download and install 2.46.0 for Windows 10 (64-bit): stable_windows_10_cmake_Release_x64_graphviz-install-2.46.0-win64.exe.
   2.3. Install PyGraphviz via

python -m pip install --config-settings="--global-option=build_ext" --config-settings="--global-option=-IC:\Program Files\Graphviz\include" --config-settings="--global-option=-LC:\Program Files\Graphviz\lib" pygraphviz
