Hiding Resource type container in css freezing application

Hi,

It is found when trying to hide resource type bar in NDE instance, it will result in a freezing browser. Here is the step to replicate:

1. Make change to css, adding

.resource-type-bar {
  display: none;
}

2. Browser will freeze

It is the same in every NDE instance and with &noCustomization=true
