Variant tray fixes (commontoolsinc#495)

* remove variant tray component, no longer in use

* formatter spam

* adjusting the variant preview size to be a little larger

* defaulting bottomsheet to 585px tall, which includes variant tray, and suggestions

* making suggestions larger, so you can actually read them
