Jobqueue fails on JUWELS

After the recent integration of the JUWELS Booster, the Dask-jobqueue configuration as shown in the example (Dask-jobqueue-configs/juwels/01_jobqueue_cluster_example.ipynb) does not longer work.

    raise TimeoutError(
asyncio.exceptions.TimeoutError: Nanny failed to start in 60 seconds

The following packages were used:

Possibly the network settings need to be changed.

Thanks for reporting this (also) here! I have comitted an updated configuration for JUWELS now. This is not yet merged into master, but should be safe to use.
