Provide a macOS `parse` binary and/or its source code

The current parse binary is compiled for linux:

$ file parse
parse: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2, for GNU/Linux 2.6.32, Go BuildID=redacted, stripped

Recommended solution:

• Provide macOS (Intel & Arm | Universal) binaries for parse.

Suggestions:

• Consider open-sourcing parse, it will benefit parse and the community...
• This is not legal advice; But it may be a good idea to review your license to ensure compliance with tree-sitter's license.
