Binary characters at first line after start vim with codeium

Hello,
I installed codeium vim plugin. I does what expected but when I start vim it shows a few binary garbage at first line:

Just redraw screen with removes the garbage. Any idea how to avoid it? I am too lazy and vimscript novice to start reading the code and find the root cause.
