Can't create domain with turbine #58

hello, I am trying to use amr-wind-fronted. However, when ı was following tutorial1 at step ''adding a turbine'' ı can't create a new turbine. I followed the steps, but after clicking the save&update button nothing happened. I can't see it on the turbine list. Then I tried to manipulate the program for that I just created a new turbine without using the turbine type and it created it then ı tried to edit turbine0 made selections and again it didn't save anything but somehow ı saw my changes in turbine0. However, when ı tried to create a domain with a turbine it did not work. What am I missing? Thanks for your help.
