Wiki Issue: Remove Catalina Warning for Audacity

I considered making an repo issue... but this isn't a code change so maybe a "discussion" is more appropriate?

In the Wiki on the Audacity page there is a Warning section stating "Audacity is not compatible with Catalina"

This is no longer true and it can be removed. (The link it points to is dead also).
