[Feature Request]: Support for overall Latency and Success% for selected time ranges

As a developer I would like to have the ability to see overall values for latency (for tp50, tp95 and tp99) and success % for the entire population for the selected time range. This would help us understand service/operation performance over long term along with the trend. The single number for each percentile displayed represents the value for the entire population of requests in the selected time range
