Action Performed:

Precondition: Use an expensifial + account

1. Launch the app
2. Press the '+' button
3. Select 'create expense' > "Take photo" of reciept
4. Tap on "To" option
5. On the soft permission modal to import your contacts appears >Click on "Continue"
6. Click on the option to deny the access to the device contacts
7. Scroll down to the botton
8. Notice the "Import Contact" button is displayed but the list is autoscrolled and restarted

Expected Result:

The user should be able to tap the "Import Contacts" button without the list jumping or resetting

Actual Result:

When the user scrolls to the bottom of the contact list, the list automatically scrolls back to the top or resets its position. It becomes unreachable
