Action Performed:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Type new email and Join
3. Complete onboard flow with select option "Manage my team's expenses"
4. At Concierge chat note that task "Add tags" is incomplete yet
5. Go to Workspace "More features"
6. Enable tags and create a tag
7. Click on Inbox and go to Concierge chat
8. Refresh page and observe task "Add tags"

Expected Result:

Task "Add tags" should get auto-checked after completed

Actual Result:

Task "Add tags" is completed after only after adding a category or going inside "Add tags" task

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

The "Add tags" onboarding task does not auto-check after users complete the required actions

What is the root cause of that problem?

There is no logic where auto complete "Add tags"

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We need to add this into createPolicyTag func.

I think we need this checks only for "Add tags" task and not for others since the rest already works correct. (For example, "Add categories").

P.s: I am creator of this issue and already did the same for the similar "Add approvals" tasks completion in #76341
