Description
ICEES+ PCD/CF/IB instance will need to capture the data elements currently captured by the ICEES+ Asthma and ICEES+ COVID instances, plus those delineated here. This should be a relatively low lift, given that most of the work was conducted as part of the ICEES+ Asthma and ICEES+ COVID efforts, but it will still take a bit of time and should not be initiated until all of the other issues with config files have been resolved.
