Recent issues in RotorFlight - where frequent MSP polling was used during flight - highlight the need for clearer guidance on best practices for Lua script development, particularly regarding telemetry usage.

There's not that much to it, but maybe something that mentions crossfireTelemetryPush() being the method to transfer data, along with the MSP req / resp / write messages and the possible addresses? Then the big warning about not calling that function every "in flight" / while armed unless you allow the user to make the choice
Because normal telemetry like elrs_rf or inav telemetry widget doesn't push any data up the link
