How to Flash firmware.bin from local folder

First of all the ELRS configurator is superb!
One Question:
I have build a firmware i.e. 3.5.4 EU-LBT for a ELRS Receiver and before flasing I had saved the firmware.bin to a local folder on the laptop.
Later I have tried to flash this firmware from the local folder via UART but the Configurator does show an empty folder only (even the firmware.bin is physically there)

Are there special settings ?

How can I flash a firmware.bin from a local folder via UART (seriell) to a ELRS RX or TX of course assumed the file is correctly build and the Item (RX/TX) is selected correct as well.

In case this is not foreseen in the Configurator even not in an Expert Mode which ESP32 Flash Tool could I use and were to get the correct Flash settings (SPI Speed, Mode, Baudrate etc. ....)

Flashing pre-build binaries through UART is not supported. Please use Wi-Fi upload for this use case when directly connected to the receiver.
