ExpressLRS configurator - error "self signed certificate in certificate chain"

Summary

Hi all, long time did not use ExpressLRS configurator, today faced an issue in the Target section:
request to https://artifactory.expresslrs.org/ExpressLRS/hardware.zip failed, reason: self signed certificate in certificate chain

Just copying the link to the browser gives a good download of a file, but in the configurator does not work.

Seen similar issue here of 2023 but it does not help.

Please help, how to solve?

I had this issue on a corporate PC on a corporate network, but not on a separate PC on my home network. Maybe if this is a corporate PC try an outside network, disable VPN.
