Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 Snapdragon Elite with Windows 11 ARM

Starting ExpressLRS Configurator 1.7.7 does not load Target Selection list.
Configurator stays in an endless loop, in random cases an error message comes up.

Same behavior with previous versions.
