Add possibility to use arbitrary non-local github repository

ExpressLRS-Configurator has the option to use a local git repo. For non-experienced users it would be benificial to have the possibility to directly use a remote repo by specifying the URL. This would avoid that the user has to pull the remote repo by himself.
