Time Formatting in Drafts folder

Currently the "Send Later" column in the Drafts folder does not follow the time formatting for Windows 10. The other Thunderbird date/time columns are formatted appropriately.

Would it be possible for the column to respect the O/S regional formatting?

This should be working much better now, and I hope behaving as you describe, so I'm going to close this issue. If you're still seeing inconsistencies please open an issue about them.
