Extension no more working

Hello,
Just updated to 138.0 version (64 bit), Windows 10. I updated because with the 115 version wasn't working. But the mail still doesn't start when delayed. All default sends are ok, When I activate the "send later" process the mails are stored in draft folder but when the time it's come they stay there. Already tried to uninstall the extendion and reinstll it. What else can I do to reactivate the funcionality?
I hope the attached log erro could be helpful to start identifing the solution.

Please see if release 10.6.5 of Send Later resolves this problem.

To check what version of Send Later you have:

• Open the Add-ons page in Thunderbird ("Add-ons and Themes" from the corner "hamburger" menu).
• Click on Extensions on the left if you're not already on the left if you're not already there.
• Find Send Later in the list of extensions and click on it to open its details page.
• The version number should be displayed there next to
  "Version".

This release is not yet available for download from addons.thunderbird.net, but you can download and install it from its GitHub release page as follows:

• Download send_later_10.6.5.xpi to your computer.
  (If you are using Firefox, make sure to right click on the link and select "Save Link As..." rather than just clicking on it, because otherwise Firefox will try to install it as a Firefox add-on.)
• Open the Add-ons page in Thunderbird ("Add-ons and Themes" from the corner "hamburger" menu).
• Click the gear icon at the top and select "Install Add-on From File...".
• Browse to and select the downloaded file.
• Click through the installation pop-ups.
• You can delete the downloaded file once you've installed it into Thunderbird.

To subscribe to future beta releases (we love beta testers!), download and install send_later_beta_10.6.5.xpi instead. The advantage is that if there's a bug that affects your workflow you'll help find it and get it fixed quickly. The disadvantage is that bugs are a bit more likely in beta releases. You can unsubscribe from beta releases at any time by downloading and installing send_later.xpi or installing from addons.thunderbird.net.

Note that this is a prerelease. While we make every effort to ensure that prereleases are stable, they are a bit more likely to have bugs, so proceed with caution.

If you prefer to wait, the release will eventually be available on addons.thunderbird.net, and unless you've turned off automatic add-on updates, Thunderbird will eventually update to the new version automatically. To update immediately once it's available:

• Go to addons.thunderbird.net and confirm that release 10.6.5 is available for download there.
• Open the Add-ons page in Thunderbird ("Add-ons and Themes" from the corner "hamburger" menu).
• Click on Send later.
• Click the gear icon and select "Check for Updates".
• The add-on should update and then you should see the message, "Your add-ons have been updated," next to the gear icon.

Please let me know if you still see this issue in this release.

Hello, thank you very much for the support. Excuse me if I did'nt mention the version installed. Itwas the 10.6.3.
I've tryed to install the 10.6.3 version but nothing changed.
Unfortunately for me, on the same machine I got a second TB profile on which the extension works properly. I well know that the best solution should be to create a brand new profile but it's a 20 year old profile with a huge amount of archived email and 60 different folders in "local folders".

Version 10.6.5 seems to have the same problem on Thunderbird version 139.0 (64 bit), Windows 11. I successfully went through steps # 1-5 of the "Messages not being sent: isolating the problem" guide. The draft folder correctly displays the outgoing message with "date" time + 5 minutes, as requested, but the message never gets sent. The same message gets properly sent if reopened, then clicking on the normal send button. It worked until a couple of days ago, possibly with a previous version of Thuderbird and/or Send later. Thanks!

I cannot duplicate this issue. Send Later works fine for me sending messages at the scheduled time with Thunderbird 139.

Please follow the instructions here for capturing the console log. At step 5 in those instructions, schedule a message to be sent with Send Later with "1 minute from now" as the scheduled send time, then wait 90 seconds before proceeding to step 6 in the instructions.

Send the logs, or a link to an upload containing them if they're large, to [email protected]. Mention this discussion number in the email so that I know why you're sending me the logs. Thank you.

Thank all for the support. Unfortnately I wasn't able to solve the problem. My solution was to create a brand new profile. I have to report thean un my case i?ve been using a 115 version of thunderbird till 1 month ago. This mya have been caused the problem, i' don't.

Thanks to @Narziss70 for taking the time to do a screen-sharing session with me so I could debug the issue on his computer since I couldn't reproduce it. I was able to identify and fix a Send Later bug as a result of that debugging session. It's a long-standing bug so I'm kind of amazed it never turned up before now, but I guess the way Send Later and Thunderbird were behaving prior to TB138 masked the bug.
