Hamlib method?

Hi,

I see you've stated that is works direct with a serial port and not to be used as a rigctld client but I was curious if in itself spawns a rigctld service that it then speaks to or is it solely direct hamlib over serial?

I've started going through the code but I haven't determined it yet for sure. I THINK it is going to be hamlib serial direct an therefore no other service could share control.

Is that correct?
