you can use sdrtv instead .. no minitiuoner needed for rx and no special fw needed for tx

Manfred DL1JM ... did exactly that .. he added some parts of pluto fw inside the libre ... and libre now can do direct dvbs/s2 modulation when you stream from OBS direct to the libre (RTMP port 7272 or UDP port 8282)
sidenote only on UDP port 8282 you may get H265 and full control of all functions via the webpage
on rtmp 7272 you have to include all parameters in the stream header (frequency, gain, mode, fec)
he did not use tezuka as base fw but another one from a swiss guy who got 10 megs sync working PERFECTLY (no 13 to 15 Hz jumps!!)
just a basic libre fw (no overclocking added yet) ... and the modulator copied in the libre (plus some minor changes and some add-ons like antenna selection, reboot and shutdown from that webpage)

your plutofw with datv is from 2020 or 2021 (depending on version) ... sadly you did not completely include dvb-t besides s and s2 or we could also have that in the libre now
