[Feature]: In-lobby audible ping to target user for afk players

Describe the Feature

Sometimes in lobbies we have those players who step away and are doomscrolling, alt-tabbed and vibing, or just went afk to make some tea/coffee – it would be really nice for other players in the lobby to be able to trigger an audio clip on the target player's PC to ping them!

To prevent abuse, perhaps it would be nice to limit this to host-only?
Would be very helpful for those times when an afk player or a few of them are preventing game from starting!

In my experience, giving anyone on the internet the ability to play sounds on your PC is more likely to be abused than used as a friendly reminder. Even with limitations in place.

The core issue is the distracted user, and there is no technical fix for that. The host should resolve this in the lobby by moving the player to observers or kicking them.

If anyone has ideas/arguments, feel free to share them.

I think a 'I want to start' signal that can be used only by the host with sufficient guardrails (throttling, debouncing, etc) can be a good feature. I'm not certain how this could be implemented, maybe via a lobby message and/or GPGNetSend, but I think the client can already makes a sound when a player joins. Extend that to also listen to a signal made by the host, throttle it to once a minute or so and you're there.
