Add url to webpage that describes the model.

The "conforms-to" property contains a link to shape-file on the FDP.

That is nice, but it would very helpful to a user that you can also add an external link to page describing the model.
like: Health-ri model v.2.0.1

Currently you really no clue what datamodel is served by the fdp.

And it would really nice that when you update a shape, you don't have to copy-paste it, but if there is option that you can direcly import shapes from a webpage / or local file.
