FAIRassist: filter by principle

I've just realised that there is no way to list metrics that are linked to a particular principle. Please could this be implemented as another filter?

The pulldown would have all of the principles for the selected principle hierarchy (either FAIR or FAIR4RS) and the user could select one or more from that pulldown. 

(not sure if FAIRassist tickets get a Project assignment?)
