Create v1 of full FASSt-simulation workflow

We need to create a first example of a full workflow from, the generation of model inputs, parameter sets, model output evaluation, parameter optimization, and OED, .... etc

This first version could be a set of different steps documented on how to run together. Longer term we should create a version that can be run all at once and submitted to an HPC
