Physical Mouse Setting Bug

I got a mouse related issue, the thing is pretty simple, the integrated mouse/cursor has a very annoying thing that when you do very subtle movements with the mouse, the cursor will move faster than the normal speed, it wont follow the real mouse movement properly, but when you do a larger movement the sensitivity and cursor work kinda fine i guess, this is a very annoying issue cuz it affects pvp and inventory management as the cursor wont follow properly the movements that i do irl.
So the thing i did, was toggle the "Physical mouse" option on the launcher options, and this fixes the problem mentioned before, but another problem happens, when i open the inventory GUI, and click an item, i cant put it down again, and if i click again for some reason it will drag the item as if i was holding the click button when im not, this obviously makes impossible to change the position of your items in the inventory and makes crafting hard asf, anyone knows what could i do to fix this problem?
