🧐 review/edit Pipeline Preconfig details + flowcharts for accuracy

Needed: The pipeline preconfig details and mermaid charts included in the current version of the website have not yet been reviewed for accuracy regarding C-PAC functionality, they are mainly general outlines/placeholders.

How to Contribute:

• Create a new branch for your additions
• Add your content changes in the corresponding yaml for the page being edited
• Open a content-related PR that targets the appropriate preconfig yaml to suggest changes.
