$ cd cframework/libparc
$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake .. -DOPENSSL_ROOT_DIR=/usr/local/opt/openssl\@1.1
$ make
$ make install
```

### Build hICN

$ cd hicn
$ mkdir build; cd build
