allow user to preview the 6s pre-song break

currently the user are allowed to place storyboard object, lane step object, lane and hit object at the pre-song break but not viewing it...? this make creating intro sequence harder than it should be

It is generally not recommended to place any objects before audio even starts. The 5 second leeway is only supposed to be treated sacredly, because it's the only way the hitobject at 0ms of audio is even playable.

I would actually prevent the ability to place objects beyond the audio time range

i agree somewhat, hit object should be forbidden, full stop. but lanes, lane step or storyboard timestamp could be "interesting" introduction to the chart if created properly of course

Please only disallow hit objects before the 5 sec leeway since we need that period to setup the lanes.
