Re-design

Given my recent adventures into warping, I think the MEMES approach needs a re-think.

1. Make sure all MRIs are in CTF space and quality check them

2. Implement initial fiducial warp from headshape to MRI

3. Think about averaging over warps (best N=20 MRIs)?

4. Only output the warped MRI rather than sourcemodel and headmodel. The user can build these post-hoc.

5. Also think about how to speed up each iteration!
