Description
Had some issues with some data we collected being format 1.23. the header definition in the referenced line is no longer appropriate.
I deleted the header section(L24-L28) as it is never used again and the data read in just fine but then the code read in hundreds of columns of useless empty data.
this may bite other people so either code needs to be changed or the format of the data we collect needs to be standardised
