DWD: Add fine particulate (PM10 and PM2.5) information

@jf-64 I've looked through the available data and found some reports. As they are however not linked to the weather stations, I'll have to implement them separate from the existing stations. So if I implement this, you have to configure a new entity with these data. Would this be ok with you?

Not at all or not to each of them?

It is clear, that not every meteo station is measuring air quality. But every station measuring air quality has meteo data (since meteo data is needed for the interpretation of the air quality data).

I'll have to implement them separate from the existing stations. So if I implement this, you have to configure a new entity with these data.

You are having already different kind of entities, thus, I think it would be acceptable.

@jf-64 The stations are on a complete different list with different identifiers: Bericht_EU_Meta_Stationen.csv

However as this list contains also the coordinates, I can order them based on the distance to the configured location.

I think, your approach would be perfectly fine:

• list the (3?) closest stations sorted by distance,
• in the description give the above link to the collection of all stations.

A match to the existing meteo stations is not needed and would unnecessarily complicate it.

@jf-64 just a quick update from my side: the code in the client library is almost ready and needs to be implemented in the integration in the next step. I should be able to do this in the next weeks.
