GPLv2 license is declared `pyproject.toml`

The pyproject.toml file states that the licenses is License :: OSI Approved :: GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2). But everywhere the license.

I am guessing that this is in error, since LICENSE file contains GPL-3.0 text and issue #778 means that you changed to GPLv3.

If I am misunderstanding something please explain it before closing the issue.

This looks like a left over from the time Apio was upgraded to GPL3. #778

It's a typo and we will fix it.
