Compatible with Marlin? #8

Hello FYSETC team,

I’m writing to express serious concerns regarding your claim that the FYSETC Spider 3.0 H7 board is “compatible with Marlin.” Despite this claim being prominently stated in your documentation and product descriptions, I have found no official Marlin configuration files, no board definition, and no setup guidance whatsoever for this board in your repository or on the Marlin GitHub.

This is extremely misleading for users who rely on clear documentation and official support when choosing hardware for their printers. Simply stating “compatible with Marlin” without:

a working example configuration,

platformio.ini setup,

board ID definition,

or even basic documentation

…makes the claim of compatibility highly questionable.

I urge your team to either:

Provide complete and tested Marlin support files (including pin definitions, sample configs, platformio setup for STM32H7, and instructions for SD flashing), OR

Clearly remove or revise the statement regarding Marlin compatibility until genuine support is provided.

Users depend on accurate information when choosing a board. “Compatibility” is not just about electrical potential—it means tested, documented, and supported usage.

Looking forward to your response and clarification.
