[feature request] add monkey receptor features to siibra toolsuite

From ebrains support channel: numerous receptor density anchored to monkey atlases (e.g. doi.org/10.25493/Y7NW-RFP ) cannot be found in siibra-explorer (thus, also siibra-api/python).
