Destruction from destroyed bomb sites that persists through rounds

my initial concepts around this idea

some more food for thought:

• maybe bomb sites can only be used 2 or 3 times before they're completely destroyed and the t side has to destroy another site
• destruction changes the layout of the map, closing off certain paths and opening new ones
• would probably need a major rethinking of how maps are designed, would need more than the typical 2 bomb site maps found in cs, do we have one large map with more bomb sites or do we dynamically grow/shrink the map as sites are detonated
