Addon Creator

I committed the first revision of the addon creator today. This should make the task of creating your first addon less likely to need googling about.

Here's what it'll do:

• Create the .addon file
• Create a working game addon as a baseline
• Add the addon to the addon manager

So pretty simple first steps. This should be a jumping off point where we can start implementing new addon types (maps, tools etc) and more templates (first person, third person, driving etc).
