WebSocket client

As requested in #247, and something I wanted as well, there is now a WebSocket client implementation available!

using Sandbox; // it's in the Sandbox namespace

var socket = new WebSocket();

// establish a connection to an external WebSocket server (both ws:// and wss:// are supported)
await socket.Connect( "wss://echo.websocket.org" );

// handle incoming messages using events
socket.OnMessageReceived += stringMessage => Log.Info( stringMessage );
socket.OnDataReceived += binaryMessage => Log.Info( $"{binaryMessage.Length} bytes" );

// handle the connection being closed for any reason
socket.OnDisconnected += (reasonCode, reasonText) => Log.Info( $"Disconnected {reasonCode} {reasonText}" );

// and of course send data to the server
await socket.Send( "hello!" );
await socket.Send( new byte[] { 1, 2, 3 } );

// make sure you dispose it when you're done with it
socket.Dispose();
