Proposal: Show Actions with properties

Instead of putting Actions under the little ⚡tab in the inspector, we'd put them with all the other properties.

The base Component actions would remain in the ⚡tab.

Yeah good change probably, not sure why custom actions are "hidden" by default atm

Currently you have to add both the [Property] and [KeyProperty] attributes for it to work.
It's weird but I assume it's not intentional but rather out of necessity.
Perhaps there should be an attribute like [ActionTab] for you to put properties (or only delegate types) in the ⚡ tab instead of the opposite.
