Tools not working

Hi, I got access to the game on Saturday and the game itself works fine, but opening sbox-dev.exe or sbox.exe with the -tools parameter doesn't work for me. It just opens, shows the Facepunch logo, and then it freezes.
I asked for help in the Discord, and I was told that it would take a bit the first time, but I had this window opened for an entire day and nothing.
I tried uninstalling a reinstalling, moving it from an HDD to a SSD, updating Windows and all the drivers, and still, nothing. All I see is this window:
