Ability to start recording/export movie maker through code

I would love to be able to have a MovieMaker present in a scene that exists for recording player gameplay, so I can export that to a player's computer (or save it to some kind of database) to be able to let the player view that footage over again, basically like Halo's Theatre Mode, if the MovieMaker is performant enough to be able to record something like general gameplay atleast.
