[Feature/Enhancement Request]: Ability to do a selective release from the env overview page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently one of the most visited features is for users to do a selective release. So having a selective release option from the env overview page for the particular environment would be helpful. Launch wouldn't be a regular activity for me.

a button/icon that helps me perform a selective release from the environment overview page in the actions tab.
