Bug with wisps' ravenminds and other iotas

Whenever you enter overworld from another dimension (nether, end), any loaded wisp's ravenmind becomes garbage, and any embedded motes within their hexes become null; embedded motes also become null when you load the wisp, if it was unloaded.

I'm not really sure what the original intent of this was. Wisps probably shouldn't actively cast when their player is in a different dimension, but voiding the stack/ravenmind is weird.
