[Request] Spinning Item Icons (decentholograms icon option)

Hi, I would like to request a feature similar to the icon option in DecentHolograms. Specifically, I want item-type holograms to have the same spinning animation as dropped items in Minecraft.

Expected Behavior:

• When an item is used as a hologram type, it should rotate in the air like a dropped item.
• This would provide a more visually appealing and dynamic hologram effect.

Use Case:

• This feature would be useful for shop displays, RPG servers, and any place where item-based holograms are used.

Example from DecentHolograms:

• In DecentHolograms, the icon option allows for this effect. Implementing a similar feature in FancyHolograms would be great.
