I made a gym environment for Mario Kart DS for self driving tasks. It runs DeSmuME under the hood.

I would consider this project to be a very early beta for those looking to test it out but would love to get people's thoughts on the project.

Additionally, I've included some wrappers for GTK windows and some useful overlays for visual debugging.

I am new to RL and Gymnasium so I am currently developing this project to demonstrate self driving in this environment. If anyone is interested in training feel free to reach out.
