EnumDeserializer.deserializerForCreator fails when used to deserialize a Map key

The deserializeForCreator helper class does not handle Map keys properly. This public method is used by modules such as dropwizards FuzzyEnumModule do delegate back to Jackson serialization of Enum types with a JsonCreator annotation.
