release 2.20 version on maven central

following the last release announce here
I see that jackson-annotations have a new version 2.20

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.fasterxml.jackson.core/jackson-annotations/2.20

on the other hand jackson-databind is 2.20.0

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.fasterxml.jackson.core/jackson-databind

Does it is a normal behavior ? no pun intended, I am not following closely the evolution on jackson realme.
