Describe the bug
For Grand Duel CE filter, "Bond CE effect preference" and "Preferred CEs" does not work correctly together
For the following support:
Preferred CE filter as following does not work correctly, this is tested with both "Match both slots" option turned on and off. Note that "Bond CE effect preference" is set to "NP charge"
However, the same filter works properly when change "Bond CE effect preference" to "Ignore"
In addition, currently there is no way of only using "Bond CE effect preference" filter without specify at least 1 preferred CE, so I cannot isolate and test if that functionality is working properly by itself
