Oberon Missed his Targetting on his Skill? (Plugged in)

Describe the bug

Everything went fine until Oberon was plug swapped in.

1. The plug swap 'ate' the "k2" command. During personal testing, I added this as a 'buffer command' so that a damage-boosting skill wouldn't disappear instead.
2. Oberon's targetting went between Ryoma and his portraits, missing both, on the selection portion of the skill.

Addendum:
I changed the Skill wait to max (2000) and the issue still occurred the same.
Additionally, I tested it on the lowest difficulty Chaldea Gate Treasure Vault (QP) Quest & it still preforms the same and misses.

(Also, the Screen Size and Ram are the default values shown when filling out the Bug Form).
