Please i really love your work with the Faugus Launcher, that i want to use it to replace my Lutris Launcher, and actually recommend this to my friends who are saying "You can't game on Linux", but i cant do that if i dont understand the stuffs like prefixes, and like downloading proton-ge using your app, it doesn't show any progress bar, which isn't bad but i just wanted to know if their was anyway i could use protonup-qt, or download proton-ge from gloriouseggroll github, and make it work with yours. I just wanted some clerification, so that i'll be able to easily work my friends through stuff like this. So maybe in your next gameplay video. you can explain this. Thank you. Sorry for causing you any trouble.

I'm going to make an updated usage video, so maybe I can be more detailed about this stuff.

On protonup-qt, you can select Steam and download GE-Proton from there and it will work with Faugus Launcher. Or you can manually put the runners in the compatibilitytools.d folder, like described in the Information section:

Sorry , i dont have steam installed, since i use lutris. But can i use.
mkdir ~/.local/share/Steam/compatibilitytools.d/. and then using protonup-qt, to download the runners, in here.
Also in your new video could you also talk about dependencies like vc+ and directx . like downloading them n' stuff.
Cause in your zenless zone video, it seemed to download the dependencies automatically since you had internet, just wanted to know, if i could download and install them per game manually. Sorry for disturbing you sir, and Thank you for your feedback.

Faugus Launcher has it's own GE-Proton Manager.
If you want to use protonup-qt, you are on your own.

DirectX dlls are already included in GE-Proton. You don't need to install anything.

I created a user guide for the project just two days ago and made a Pull Request for the same. Just wanted to create a written guide that explains basic concepts (like Wine/Proton, Wine Prefixes etc.), common workflow for adding/installing games and recommendations/tips for new users of Faugus launcher or Linux gaming in general.
